In 2008 the Barrett family went looking for equipment to keep their grandmother comfortable at home — and found a maze of catalogs, hold music, and gear that didn't fit. BB Medical is the shop we wished we'd found: small, honest, and close by.

A counter and a van
Founded by the Barrett family after struggling to equip their own grandmother's home. One storefront, one delivery van.
2013
Fitting room added
We built a proper fitting space so customers could try mobility equipment before committing.
2019
In-home service team
Delivery grew into full setup and servicing — assembly, adjustment, and repairs at the kitchen table.
